Avon Vacuums Return and Cancellation Policy

Returns

  1. Warranty and Return Authorization: Keep your receipt for warranty purposes. All returned items must have a valid return authorization number (RA#) issued by Avon Vacuums within 30 days from the date of the invoice. The product must be received by Avon Vacuums within 14 days of RA# issuance.

  2. RA# Requirement: No returns will be accepted or credited without an RA# written clearly on the return package label.

  3. Condition of Returned Products: The product must be returned in brand-new, resalable condition with the original packing and container, including all manuals and materials. A 20% restocking fee may apply to all returned merchandise.

  4. Shipping Charges: If you return merchandise that was shipped for free, the shipping charges incurred will be deducted from your credit.

  5. Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the invoice date. No refunds on electrical parts. Shipping, processing, and insurance charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

  6. Insurance and Proof of Delivery: All returns must be insured, and a signature is required for proof of receipt of delivery.

  7. Non-Refundable Merchandise: If your returned merchandise is deemed non-refundable, you may request to have it returned to you, provided you pay the return shipping charges.

Missing Items / Damaged Product

  1. Verification Upon Receipt: Customers must verify the receipt of items when their order is received. Any missing items must be communicated to Avon Vacuums within 5 days of receipt, excluding back-ordered items and only applying to completely filled orders.

  2. Reporting Damage: Any damaged merchandise or carton shortages must be reported directly to Avon Vacuums within 5 days of receipt.

Cancellation

  1. Order Cancellation: Orders cannot be canceled after the order has already shipped.

Defective Items

  1. Inspection and Replacement: All items must be sent back for inspection before a new replacement item is sent. Upon receipt of returned items, Avon Vacuums' technicians will test and evaluate each item to determine if it is defective.

  2. Replacement Criteria: If the item is defective and unused in the original packaging, a replacement item will be sent. If the item is used, it will be covered under the product warranty and reshipped to the customer.

Open Box Vacuums

  1. Return Authorization: All returned open box vacuums must have a valid return authorization number (RA#) issued by Avon Vacuums within 30 days from the date of the invoice. The product must be received by Avon Vacuums within 14 days of RA# issuance.

  2. RA# Requirement: No returns will be accepted or credited without an RA# written clearly on the return package label.

  3. Condition of Open Box Returns: The product must be returned with the original packing and container, including all manuals and materials. There is no 30-day risk-free trial on open box vacuums.

By adhering to these guidelines, Avon Vacuums aims to ensure a smooth and efficient return process for all customers.
